Diane is an LPN with over 20 years in foot care, starting in community health in 2003 and launching her independent practice in 2013. She holds the American CFCS certification and is an active member of both the LMFNA and CAFCN. Her specialisations include Onyfix nail bracing, NEC nail reconstruction, diabetic foot care, and Swift Emblation therapy. Diane is dedicated to helping new nurses take confident first steps into independent practice.
The Fraser Valley is one of BC's fastest-growing senior populations — and AFCN's only partner is here.
The opportunity in BC's Fraser Valley
Langley and the broader Fraser Valley are among British Columbia's fastest-growing communities, with a rapidly expanding 65+ population, increasing diabetes prevalence, and limited supply of qualified Advanced Foot Care Nurses. The Greater Vancouver region remains chronically underserved compared to Ontario, particularly for in-home and long-term care foot care services.
For nurses considering a foot care business anywhere from Langley to Surrey, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, or the broader Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area, demand is strong and competition is still relatively limited. Training with Diane means learning from BC's most experienced AFCN-affiliated educator — someone with two decades of practical knowledge, advanced certifications most Canadian nurses never access, and a direct understanding of how foot care businesses succeed on the West Coast.
