Stephanie is an RPN with over 28 years of patient care experience, beginning as a PSW in 1998 and nursing since 2011. She has specialised in foot care since 2016, building a thriving practice focused on preventative care, patient education, and helping clients maintain mobility and independence. Her main clinic is in Campbellford, with satellite locations in Brighton and Peterborough (plus one in development in Cobourg) and mobile services throughout Northumberland and Peterborough Counties. Stephanie is passionate about mentoring nurses entering the field — providing a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students gain practical experience and build lasting clinical confidence.
Northumberland County has real, sustained demand — and a business model worth learning.
The opportunity in Northumberland & Peterborough Counties
Northumberland County — anchored by Campbellford, Brighton, Cobourg, and Port Hope — is one of Ontario's fastest-growing retirement regions, with a well-established senior population and consistent unmet demand for skilled foot care. Combined with neighbouring Peterborough County and its rural communities, this corner of central-eastern Ontario represents a genuinely underserved market for Advanced Foot Care Nurses, particularly ones willing to offer mobile services and multiple clinic locations.
Training with Stephanie gives you something rare: exposure to a multi-location practice model that actually works in rural Ontario. Most foot care nurses build a single clinic or a mobile-only practice; Stephanie has built both — clinic-based, satellite, and mobile — across two counties. She'll teach you the systems, scheduling, and community relationships that make that model sustainable and profitable.
